We have so many talented artisans on Chandos Lake and the Apsley area. The Apsley Artisan Festival (formerly known as the Chandos Lake Art Festival) ran for 10 years at Lakeview Marina and has now moved to the North Kawartha Community Centre.
Held every year on Saturday of the Canada Day long weekend from 10 – 4, this community event is not to be missed.
Exhibits include:
- Jewelry
- Textile art and fabulous fabric creations
- Handmade soaps, essential oils and lotions
- Stained glass
- Pottery
- Woodworking
- Painting
- and more
